There is no automated import yet, but a CSV export from Bitly plus bulk creation on our side works fine. Because Bitly links run on bit.ly or your own Bitly domain, they keep their URL — you simply set the new ones up alongside. Drop us a line and we will help with the setup.
Will my existing bit.ly links keep working if I switch?▼
Yes — as long as you keep your Bitly account active, the old links stay live. You can run every new campaign on promolinks and let Bitly wind down over time.

Clearly — we host in the EU (Supabase Frankfurt) and include a DPA as standard in our GDPR documentation, so there is no Schrems II exposure from US data flows. With Bitly you need Enterprise plus a custom DPA, which is considerably more work.
What happens if promolinks goes out of business?▼
Fair question. We are based in Europe, run a self-sustaining SaaS model and have no investor pressure. But if it ever happened: with Bitly every bit.ly link would die instantly, because the URLs point at bit.ly. With us you can export via CSV at any time and move to your own domain.
